1. Motor inspection: Visually inspect and confirm the complete appearance of the motor used in the reaction kettle. The ground cable is correct. The power cable is complete. Mixer switch is not damaged. The electrostatic connection between the stainless steel reactor cover and the reactor body and the reducer is intact. When flammable and explosive materials are used, the mixer should be confirmed as an explosion-proof motor and set up according to the explosion-proof requirements.

2. Equipment inspection: Visually inspect and confirm that there are no problems in the appearance of the equipment and accessories, and whether the number of clips at each connection is enough. Whether the connection is firm, whether the bolt connection is obviously loose, ensure that the mirror is clean, each interface is well sealed. Ensure that there is no leakage and that the lock nut of the mixing paddle is not loose. During the first trial run, the motor should be turned first to drive the mixer to rotate for at least one circle. Observe and confirm that there is no abnormal noise during the rotation of the mixer, and do not touch the internal parts of the kettle.

3. Check the lubrication system. First of all, make sure that the packing gland at the packing seal is in the end. Secondly, check whether there is oil in the oil cup of the single end secret seal. Also, don't neglect to check that the double-end mechanical seal lubrication system has enough oil. Whether the amount of oil in the reducer reaches one-third of the oil window. Whether the lubrication system is leaking oil.

4. Inspection contents of pipeline system: Check whether the valves, pipes, fittings and insulation layer on the connecting pipes of the stainless steel reactor are in good condition. Second, check whether there is leakage, manual valve operating handle or hand wheel is intact, whether the valve is smoothly opened and closed, safety valve is closed.

5. Check the related contents of the instrument system: Check and ensure that the temperature, level, pressure and other instruments are normal.
