Stainless steel fermenter is a fermenter structure for anaerobic fermentation (e.g. alcohol, solvent) that can be relatively simple. 1. In the installation, disassembly and sterilization of the tank, special attention should be paid to the pH electrode and the vulnerable and valuable parts of the tank.

2. In the fermentation process, it is necessary to clean the workbench, clean the used culture bottles and other items in time, and the acid lye or water spilled should be dried immediately.

3. Before opening the stainless steel fermenter power supply, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is turned on and whether the temperature probe is inserted into the tank, otherwise it will burn out the heating circuit.

4. The liquid level must be checked before sterilizing the tank, and all electrodes are required not to be lower than the liquid level.

According to the different equipment of stainless steel fermenter, it can be divided into mechanical stirring ventilated stainless steel fermenter and non-mechanical stirring ventilated stainless steel fermenter. According to the growth and metabolism of microorganisms, it can be divided into good stainless steel fermenter and anaerobic fermentation irrigation.
