Use, repair and maintenance of stainless steel reactors
Stainless steel reactor has the advantages of fast heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, no pollution to the environment, no need for automatic boiler heating, easy to use and so on.
When using a stainless steel reactor, the refrigerant inlet valve must be closed, the refrigerant in the tank and jacket drained, then fed, and the agitator started. Then turn on the steam valve and electric heating power supply. When the desired temperature is reached, turn off the steam valve and electric heating power supply ~ 3 minutes later turn off the mixer. After processing, the remaining condensed water in the tank and jacket is drained, washed with warm water as soon as possible, brush off the adhesive material, and then clean the inner wall of the container with 40℃~50℃ alkaline water, and then washed with clean water. The steam valve and electric heating power supply shall not be opened in stainless steel reactor without data (endothermic medium). Special attention should be paid to the use of steam pressure, which should not exceed additional working pressure.
In the process of service stainless steel reactor, due to mechanical collision, sudden temperature change and other factors, often cause deporcelain, cracks, bubbles, pores and other external glaze harm. These defects are not allowed in enamel equipment. Once this phenomenon occurs, it must be corrected. Polymer composite field repair agent is a two-component composite with polymer, alloy steel powder or wear-resistant ceramic powder as the base material and hardener. Compared with common resin modifiers, polymer composites have stronger adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance. The polymer can even penetrate into the metal to form a tighter polymer composite data protection layer. Maintenance process: appearance cleaning → rust removal → clean anhydrous alcohol → bottom repair coating → external repair coating → curing → application.
Maintenance of stainless steel reactor protection should always pay attention to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer. Reducer oil should be made up immediately. Electric heating medium oil is replaced every six months. Replace the relief valve and jacket, and the pressure on the lid. Appearance, distillation hole, electric heating rod, electrical appearance, etc., should be checked regularly. If the fault appears, it should be replaced or repaired immediately. When not in use, be sure to clean the inside and outside of the container with warm water. Wipe the tank regularly to keep the inside and outside of the tank clean and bright, to achieve durable purpose.
