1. The kettle body and cover are made of special stainless steel, and the kettle body is connected with external thread through the flange. The kettle cover is a positive plate cover, fastened by the axial nut and fixed by the main bolt.
2. The main sealing port of the stainless steel reactor adopts multi-wire sealing, and other sealing points usually adopt the sealing form of plane and arc surface, arc surface and arc surface line contact. With high precision and smooth contact surface, very excellent sealing effect is achieved.
Three, the kettle is equipped with a type of silicon carbide core, electric furnace wire through the core, the end of the shell side through the bottom, through the wiring nut, rubber cable and control board.
Four, connecting shaft, stirring device is driven by AC servo motor through the connecting shaft. The stirring speed ratio can be controlled by controlling the speed ratio of AC servo motor.
5, the upper end of the sleeve is equipped with a speed measuring coil. When the stirring device is connected with the inner magnetic ring, the speed measuring coil forms an induced potential. The potential corresponds to the stirring speed ratio. When the potential is transmitted to the speedometer, the stirring speed ratio can be displayed.
6. The kettle cover is equipped with pressure gauge, bursting film safety device, vapor liquid valve, temperature sensor, etc., which is conducive to timely understanding the reaction situation in the kettle, adjusting the proportion of medium in the kettle, and ensuring the safe operation in the kettle.
Seven, bearing selection of stainless steel bearings or high strength electrochemical graphite, wear resistance, and maintenance time is long.
8. A cooling water jacket is arranged between the magnetic connecting shaft and the kettle cover. When the operating temperature is high, cooling water should be used. The temperature of magnetic steel is too high.
