Nine key points of fermenter maintenance
1. Agitator maintenance: Check and tighten the stop screws installed on each part of the agitator shaft after opening the can cover each time.
2. Adjustment of the position of the upper magnetic steel: the normal distance between the upper magnetic steel and the bottom of the tank is 1-1.5mm. If the distance is too small, the bottom of the magnetic steel will contact the tank, resulting in the stirring shaft unable to rotate or the stirring shaft jumping, with large noise; If the spacing is too large, the magnetic force between the upper and lower magnetic steel will be reduced. When the fermentation liquid is thick, the stirrer may stop and make a loud noise.
Three, bearing replacement: after one to two years of use, bearing noise increases significantly or the mixing shaft swings significantly to replace the bearing. Remove the bearing bottom cover, remove the shaft head screw and bearing gland, remove the lower end cover of the bearing, remove the lower end circlip of the bearing, remove the mixing shaft from top to bottom, remove the bearing and replace it, and install it again.
4. Replace the filter element: because the air contains a lot of dust, the microholes on the filter element will gradually block after a period of time. On the one hand, air flow is seriously insufficient, and air pressure drop increases, which may lead to bacteria contamination. At this point, you need to replace it. When idle, remove the filter element from the air filter and discharge the condensed water in the filter.
Five, sleeve joint leakage: tighten the pressure cap on the street.
6. Air hose: In order to prevent the hose connected to both ends of the air flowmeter from accidental explosion, it is recommended to replace it every two years.
Seven, the maintenance of the solenoid valve: the solenoid valve is used for the cooling of the fermenter, the solenoid valve core stuck, the valve core sealing ring failure and the damage of the solenoid coil can cause the failure of the solenoid valve. Fault judgment: in order to ensure the circulation pump operation and circulation pipeline under normal circumstances, the temperature only drops and does not rise. The main reason is that the solenoid valve leaks or the spool is stuck. Another reason may be that the electric heater is burned out. According to the water injection switch, the water injection switch indicator light, the upper end of the solenoid valve is not magnetic, no cooling water discharge, coil bad; The light of the water injection switch is not on, and F1 (Really) in the control box burns out the fuse. Close the solenoid valve, cooling water leaks out of the outlet, spool seal failure or debris stuck spool.
8. It should be cleaned in time after fermentation and sterilization. During installation, ensure that the air distributor is reset and replace the supply hole gasket in time. If the bottom valve leaks, the bottom valve gasket should also be replaced.
9. Ball valve maintenance: Because the seals inside the ball valve are made of two hemispherical tetrafluoroethylene, the seals and spool may leak after long-term use. Loosen the jacket nuts at both ends of the valve, then tighten the cylindrical joints at both ends of the valve (normally, rotating the valve stem should have some resistance).
