Install the use of stainless steel reactor points of attention
Install on a solid flat workbench, determine the height of the workbench according to the use. There should be a certain space (≥360cm) around the equipment and workbench for easy installation and later maintenance. During installation, the drive shaft is required to be vertical to the ground, and the deviation (tilt) shall not exceed 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment. The automatic parts on each process nozzle of the electric stainless steel reactor equipment must be configured in accordance with the requirements of the stainless steel reactor.
After the installation is completed, it is necessary to check whether the connecting part and the transmission part are firm and reliable, and the connecting pipe, pipe mouth, sealing parts and the body should not appear bubbles, bubbling, dripping and leaking during the air tightness test. Before starting, inject 46# oil into the reducer, open the motor protection cover, turn the wind blade by hand, check whether there is stuck phenomenon, whether the stirring paddle scraping, clean the dirt in the kettle, before starting. Empty running 30 minutes without normal noise, vibration, officially put into production. And according to the production needs, replace the reducer oil regularly.
Precautions for stainless steel reaction kettle
1. Use in strict accordance with the working pressure and temperature indicated on the product nameplate to avoid accidents.
2. Strictly comply with the cooling and oil filling provisions in the product manual, and do a good job of equipment maintenance.
3. When using all valves, the stem (needle) should rotate slowly and the seal cover should be pressed tightly to achieve the sealing effect. It is not easy to exert too much force when sealing, so as not to damage the sealing surface.
4. The electric control instrument shall be operated by specially-assigned person and equipped with overload protection device according to regulations.

One: There is noise in the reaction kettle
The noise is probably caused by parts falling off inside. Specific reasons, of course, need specific analysis. But there must be something hard in the electroheated reactor. In this case, the electric heating reactor should be stopped immediately and repaired by relevant personnel.
Two: Reaction kettle leakage
After the reactor leaks, check whether the valves and screws are loose. If the screw is loose, quiet the screw directly and reseal the loose part.
Three: magnetic coupling transmission problem
If it is the problem of the transmission, there will generally be a large friction sound. After this case, it is likely to be the bearing damage, and the bearing can generally be replaced. Of course, different brands of electric heating reactor bearings may be different. General users need to directly contact the manufacturer to explain the situation, the general manufacturer will arrange technical personnel on-site maintenance. Of course, these are common faults in the process of using the reactor, and are generally very good to eliminate.
