2, stainless steel fermenter tank sterilization. According to the need to match the medium into the tank, according to the requirements of the seal, small fermenter (5)L) tank can be put into the large sterilization pot sterilization (115 ℃, 30 minutes)L steam sterilization (121 ℃, 30 minutes).

3. After cooling the stainless steel tank, place the stainless steel fermenter on the fermentation platform and install it well; Turn on the cooling water, turn on the air pump power supply, connect the ventilation pipe, start ventilation, adjust the intake knob, make the ventilation volume is appropriate, keep the tank pressure at 0.05MPa; Set the temperature, pH, stirring speed, etc. And the slope calibration of the dissolved oxygen electrode at the specified speed and ventilation volume is 100%
