Fermenter is mainly used in industry for microbial fermentation devices, also used for microbial culture container. According to the different properties of fermentation materials, it can be divided into solid fermenter and liquid fermenter. Different biological fermenters are used in different ways. Fermenter must be understood before use:

1. The fermentation system must be used for the normal operation of all individual equipment of the fermenter.

2. When sterilizing the filter, the steam pressure flowing through the air filter shall not exceed 0.17MPa, otherwise, the filter element will be damaged and lose the filtration ability.

3. During the fermentation process, the pressure of the fermenter should be ensured not to exceed 0.17MPa.

4. In the actual elimination process, when the jacket is preheated by steam, the intake pressure must be controlled within the working pressure range of the equipment (not more than 0).2mpa), otherwise it will cause damage to the fermenter.

5. When the fermenter is empty, the remaining water in the fermenter jacket must be discharged. Otherwise, the cylinder in the fermenter may be flattened, causing damage to the equipment. The actual elimination will also lead to excessive condensate, resulting in dilution of the culture solution, unable to meet the process requirements.

6. In the process of cooling, it is strictly prohibited to produce negative pressure in the fermenter to avoid pollution or even damage to the fermenter.

8. During the operation of the fermenter, the pressure in the air duct must be greater than that in the fermenter, otherwise the liquid in the fermenter will flow back into the filter, clogging the filter element or making the filter ineffective.
