Instructions for fermenter sterilization operation

Install the electrodes. Check each interface, each pipe appearance is normal, outlet steam pipe is strong. Two people should check that each valve is fully closed.

Sterilization, at least two people are required to be present, one responsible for the operation of various valves, the other responsible for the observation of reported parameters.

After confirming that the valves are closed, open the water inlet valve of the steam generator, start the steam generator, and the steam generator starts to automatically water. At this point, the drain valve under the steam generator should be opened and the rust should be discharged as far as possible after the drain valve is closed. Observe the water level in the steam generator to prevent accidents.

At this point, fully open the jacket outlet valve, slowly open the steam generator main valve, slowly open part of the jacket intake valve, and begin to insert steam into the jacket. At first, the steam pressure may be unstable and the gauge pointer wobbles violently. The small jacket intake valve can be properly closed, and then open the sampling valve out of the steam valve, sampling valve out of the steam valve, the bottom valve out of the steam valve, the bottom valve into the steam valve to discharge unstable pressure water vapor. When the water vapor pressure changes little, close again, the bottom valve outlet valve.

The temperature inside the tank gradually rises to 90 degrees and at that temperature, the hybrid motor stops rotating. At this point, open the total intake valve of the tank, open the outlet valve of the tank, and then open the following valves in turn: open the outlet regulating valve, slowly open the steam valve in the tank, and put the steam into the tank. The surface pressure of the air filter begins to rise, and open the condensate valve for drainage over 0.1MP, and continue to open the steam valve of the large tank. After the air in the tank is removed, the pressure in the tank rises slowly, and the outlet regulating valve is adjusted to reach the temperature pressure required for sterilization. When the temperature of sterilization is reached, it starts.

Adjust jacketed inlet valve, inlet valve and outlet regulating valve to maintain temperature and tank pressure. When sterilization time arrives, close the opened intake valve, close the steam main valve, completely open the exhaust valve in the tank, release the pressure in the tank, and close the power supply of the steam generator. Open the air compressor, wait for the tank pressure to drop to 0.05MP, slowly open the intake regulating valve, and maintain the positive pressure in the tank.

In the sterilization process, the operator should wear long clothes and trousers, with protective gloves, to prevent burns. If the steam generator is automatically flooded during disinfection, the total steam pressure will drop rapidly. If necessary, open the main steam valve appropriately to maintain pressure, but carefully observe pressure changes. After sterilization, tank pressure drops rapidly. Pay attention to the timing of sterile air. Try not to run the air compressor and steam generator at the same time. The air filter pressure should not exceed 0.2MP during sterilization. Considering the increase of steam condensate, the size of condensate will affect the concentration of the liquid in the tank after sterilization.
