I. Fermenter maintenance and maintenance

1. Fermenter precision filter is generally used for half a year. If the filter resistance is too large or the loss of filtration capacity affects the normal production, it needs to be cleaned or replaced (direct replacement is recommended, not cleaned, because the performance of the filter cannot be guaranteed after cleaning).

2. When cleaning the fermenter, please use a soft brush to wash, do not use a hard tool to scratch, so as to avoid damage to the surface of the fermenter.

3. Check the supporting instruments of fermenter once a year to ensure normal use.

4. Fermenter appliances. Meters. Do not directly use electrical equipment such as sensors. Steam contact, moisture-proof.

5. When the fermenter stops being used, it should be cleaned in time to discharge the residual water in the fermenter and pipeline; Loosen the fermenter lid and hand hole screws to prevent distortion of the seal ring.

6. Fermenter operating platform. Carbon steel equipment, such as thermostatic water tanks, should be painted regularly (once a year) to prevent rust.

7. Check the oil level of the reducer regularly. If the lubricating oil is insufficient, it should be increased in time.

8. Replace lubricating oil of reducer regularly to prolong its service life.

9. If the fermenter is not used for the time being, it is necessary to empty the fermenter and drain the remaining water in the tank and pipe.

Two, fermenter use precautions

1. All individual equipment of fermenter must use this system during normal operation.

2. When sterilizing the filter, the steam pressure through the air filter shall not exceed 0.17MPa, otherwise, the filter element will be damaged and lose the filtration ability.

3. In the fermentation process, the tank pressure should be ensured not to exceed 0.17MPa.

4. In the actual elimination process, when the jacket steam preheating, the intake pressure must be controlled within the working pressure range of the equipment (not more than 0).2mpa), otherwise it will cause damage to the fermenter.

5. When emptying and emptying, the remaining water in the fermenter jacket must be drained. Otherwise, the cylinder in the fermenter may be flattened and the equipment damaged. During the actual elimination, there is too much condensate and the culture solution is diluted, which cannot meet the process requirements.

6. In the cooling process, it is strictly prohibited to produce negative pressure in the fermenter to avoid pollution or even damage to the equipment.

7, in the fermentation process, the fermenter tank pressure should be maintained between 0.03 ~ 0.05MPa, so as not to cause pollution.

8. During each operation, the pressure in the air duct must be greater than that in the fermenter, otherwise the liquid in the fermenter will flow back into the filter, clogging the filter element or disabling the filter.

9. If you have problems that you cannot solve, please contact fermenter After-sales Service Department directly. Do not forcibly remove or repair the fermenter.
