Two, ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization machine working principle
General materials are pumped by centrifugal pump into the sterilization machine of hot and cold material heat exchange device to get preheating, and then through the high temperature bucket full of high pressure, the material is quickly heated to sterilization temperature and kept for about 3 seconds before and after, in which the microorganisms and enzymes are quickly killed. After the material is discharged from the high temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material. The general temperature is lower than 65℃. If the temperature needs to be raised in the next process, the requirements can be met by adjusting the Angle type stop valve or circulation, on the contrary, the discharging temperature can be reduced by accessing the cooling water. The discharge is controlled by a throttle valve, which can make the boiling point of the material higher than the temperature under a certain pressure. The valve is adjusted during normal production, and the back pressure is generated by the driving force of the pump to overcome the spring pressure to control the flow. It should be fully opened when cleaning and sterilizing. Circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid and base solution to effectively clean the inner wall of coil. Due to the use of stainless steel three-way cock, flow can be properly regulated.

Four, ultra high temperature instantaneous sterilization machine maintenance troubleshooting
1. Check the trap regularly to prevent the removal of steam condensate.
2, often check the safety valve, pressure gauge and thermometer failure.
3. If it is found that the feed pump leaks seriously, it should be repaired in time, and the end shaft sealing parts should be replaced if necessary.
4, if used at the same time with the homogenizing machine, optionally 3WR-1.5 type high pressure pump supporting, and according to the requirements of the manual maintenance.
5. If the equipment is used in areas likely to be frozen during the winter period, the water in the pipe should be drained or the pipe should be filled with 1% lye.
6. The joint and cock of the pipeline should always be checked whether it is tight and not leaked or mixed with air, because the air brought into the material will accelerate the formation of scale on the pipe wall.
7. When the equipment is not in use, the steam valve should be opened for future use.
8. The motor bearing of the feed pump should be cleaned every year, and the lubricating oil should be replaced. The amount can not be too much, as long as it is filled with half of the bearing shell.
9. The feed pump is not allowed to turn in time and space without liquid.
