However, the turbine type, which has high shear capacity due to its high power consumption, does not require this mixing process and therefore has insufficient circulation capacity if used for mixing large volume liquids

The turbine type is suitable for the reactor dispersion operation process because of its high shear force and large circulation capacity. In particular, the shear force of straight blade turbines is greater than that of curved and curved blades. Propellants and propellants can only be used in small liquid dispersion hours because they have less shear force than straight blade turbines, and propellants are rarely used in dispersion operations. Disperse operation has a baffle to enhance the shearing effect.

The range of solid suspension operation is the largest among turbine types, among which the turbine type is the best. It has no central disk, so it does not hinder the mixing of the liquid phase above and below the blade. Moreover, the advantages of rotating blades on turbines are more prominent, with good discharge and blades not easy to wear, so they are more suitable for solid suspension operation. It is not suitable for propellants with narrow application range, large difference in solid-liquid ratio or solid-liquid ratio over 50%. When using baffles, care should be taken to prevent solid particles from accumulating at the corners of baffles.

A suitable gas absorption process is a disc turbine, which has a strong shear force and can keep some gases under the disc for a more stable gas distribution, but a starting turbine does not have this advantage. The slurry type and propellant type are basically not suitable for the gas absorption process, and can only be used when a small amount of absorbed gas is not highly dispersed. The agitated crystallization process is very difficult, especially when the crystal size and dimensions need to be strictly controlled.
